Fields - Canadian Voices from WWI
In 2007 the CBC (Canadian
Broadcasting Corporation) released the full 17 hours of
recordings originally released in December 1964.
That may not seem so long ago for many of the children
and grandchildren of the Great War Veterans, but it was
44 years ago.
The 17 part radio series, now
available on audio DVD, provides the first hand accounts
of the famous battles in the words of the veterans.

In 2008, CEFSG member Bob
Richardson assembled a list of the men who provided
those interviews back in the 1960's. These lists
are now available for everyone to see and compare to the
audio DVDs. As they become available from Bob, the
