Background:

The 5th Divisional Artillery is recorded as an "Army Troop" rather that a Corps, as it was created as a result of the breakup of the 5th Canadian Division in February 1918.  Details on the creation and disbanding of the 5th Division is reported in the "Army Corps/ Divisions/ 5th Division" section of this web site.
